We take the education of our students seriously. While the Psychiatry MS3 rotation is not necessarily as physically strenuous as some other rotations, the intellectual challenges you will face are significant. We encourage you to study very hard if you expect to get an "A". Our medical student educational program is closely integrated with that provided by Neurology and Neurosurgery, reflecting the close ties that these fields have, and the often overlapping disease processes found in these arenas. The current MS3 Junior Rotation Schedule can be found below. Other than the MS3 rotation, we offer several MS4 rotations as well for Senior students interested in Psychiatry. We also give lectures to students in our Physician's Assistant Program, and PA students rotate through Psychiatry services as part of their clinical duties.

The Psychiatry Department also offers a Stress Management lecture to incoming MS1 students. The first year of medical school can be overwhelming!
